Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will lead the analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation, and implementation of new product features, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as gRPC, GraphQL, and AWS Lambdas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in product management to understand business requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive development processes and ensure high-quality output
  • Own and review deliverables for accuracy, quality, performance, and completeness
  • Lead and manage a globally distributed development team, mentoring and guiding team members
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional engineering experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing or leading a team (manager/tech lead)
  • Experience leading multiple engineering teams
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering discipline (preferred)
  • Experience with Microservices architecture and AWS is a plus
