Surgery Physician Assistant Position

Palm Health Resources is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgery-General Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients in a surgical setting, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Assist physicians with surgical procedures and provide support during emergency situations.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement care strategies to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- 2+ years of experience in a surgical setting, preferably as a Physician Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
