Job Title: LPN/LVN Homecare Opportunities

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to assume responsibility for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The successful candidate will consistently perform according to nursing standards and be accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the LPN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
