Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of quality, attractive, and appealing drinks while maintaining a high level of service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Operations
    • Assist in the training and development of new team members.
    • Cooperate, communicate, and work as part of a team.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Practice responsible selling and service of alcohol, adhering to licensing authorities' guidelines and training.
    • Accept and facilitate To-Go orders via phone or online ordering and execute them in a timely manner.
    • Ensure the security of bar products and follow lock-up procedures.
    • Maintain a professional image and adhere to uniform standards.
    • Meet eligibility requirements to work in the United States.
  • Guest Experience
    • Frequently interact with guests and maintain high visibility in the dining area.
    • Regularly inquire about guest dining experiences and address any issues promptly.
    • Thank guests sincerely for their patronage.
  • Product Quality & Knowledge
    • Maintain a high level of food and beverage knowledge and ensure menu items are prepared according to standards.
    • Prepare beverages according to recipe, using the right products and glassware.
    • Ensure stock levels meet specified levels and maintain organization of the bar and lounge.
    • Adhere to standard recipes and methods for consistency and efficiency.
    • Stay informed about ongoing and upcoming promotions to benefit guests.
  • Safety & Sanitation
    • Prioritize guest health and safety, maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant according to standards.
    • Implement proper food safety practices, controlling time and temperature, and preventing cross-contamination.
    • Label, date, rotate, and adhere to shelf-life standards for food products.
    • Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
    • Maintain bar equipment according to cleaning and maintenance schedules.
