About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator Director to join our team at PMCS Group. As a key member of our project coordination team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery by coordinating and managing all aspects of project logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage project logistics, including site preparation, materials procurement, and labor resources.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and district staff to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and district staff to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project coordination with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
