Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in the Cath Lab setting, adhering to established standards of practice, AACN guidelines, and AHA Cath lab best practice guidelines. The Clinical Nurse Leader is responsible for assessing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating patient-centered care, while facilitating professional growth and development among team members.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges of patients
  • Mentor and educate team members to advance their knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate resources for patient care
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required
  • Active AZ or Compact RN License
  • Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience
  • Obtain BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire
