We are seeking a skilled Finish Coater to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and finish.

Position: Finish Coater (Powder Line)

Location: Watertown, WI

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Shift: 2nd Shift

Compensation: Starting at $17.00+ per hour, based on experience

The Finish Coater will be responsible for applying powder coatings to parts on a moving line using a powder paint gun. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to reach forward to place and remove items from racks.
• Standing and walking for the majority of the shift.
• Working at a rapid pace as required by production needs.
• Visual acuity and depth perception are crucial for performing essential functions.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read basic instructions and perform simple calculations.
• Strong motor coordination and dexterity are essential for this role.
