We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a pediatric home health provider, we offer flexibility and fulfillment in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist with Thrive SPC, you will have the opportunity to work with medically fragile children and their families, providing high-quality clinical home care to help them grow and flourish to their full potential. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in their homes, promoting independence and functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement creative and effective treatment plans to address client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • Unencumbered license to practice as an Occupational Therapist, issued by the state board.
  • Current CPR certification.
