Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Leader to join our team at The Henry Ford Health System. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the activities of security personnel to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and manage the work roster for security personnel, ensuring adequate coverage throughout the hospital.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
