  • Manage Financial Aspects: Manage the financial aspects of your agency, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense management.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance Experience: Prior experience in sales or insurance is a plus.
  • License Requirements: Current Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance license or willing to obtain within 60 days, paid by Farmers Insurance Group.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for Helping Others: A passion for helping people protect their assets and achieve financial security.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
