RJW Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the production flow of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing and the ability to quickly identify waste while meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train warehouse employees to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Maintain and surpass production goals by implementing effective strategies and monitoring progress.
  • Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion.
  • Communicate daily production updates to the supervisor and fill in as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a co-pack or warehouse environment.
  • Experience with WMS software, preferably Synapse.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college experience or degree preferred.
