Role DetailsWe are seeking a Family Medicine or Family Practice physician to join our team at Aurora Health Care in New Berlin, WI. This role is open due to a physician retirement and offers a unique opportunity to become part of a dynamic primary care team, comprising internists, family physicians, and med/peds physicians.
The site boasts an impressive array of specialties, including Diabetic Educators, urology, podiatry, neurology, endocrinology, surgery, electrophysiology, OBGYN, orthopedics, cardiology, nephrology, and behavior health. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes a full ACL lab, imaging facilities (x-ray, KAT scan, 3D mamo, and Bone Density), a full-service pharmacy, urgent care, and procedure rooms.
Our team supports each other, with Medical Assistants, 2.5 FTEs of shared RNs handling triage, and an APC with their own patient panel. We use EPIC EMR and offer access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature.
