Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to join our SICU team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the SICU
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse
- Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience, with a strong background in critical care nursing
- BSN strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
