Job Title: Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our team at Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners LLC. Job Summary:

The Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a small rural hospital setting. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient outcomes and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports
  • Administer medications to patients and monitor for side effects and reactions
  • Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments
  • Record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Order medical diagnostic and clinical tests
  • Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions
  • Administer non-intravenous medications
  • Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members
  • Modify patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in nursing preferred
  • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the appropriate unit for this role
  • Pass the National Council Licensure Examination or NCLEX-RN
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • American Heart Association BLS/CPR
  • ACLS certification
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff
  • Basic computer skills
  • Professional, friendly attitude
