**Job Title:** Energy Efficiency Inspector

**Location:** Maine and surrounding areas

**Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $70,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Energy Efficiency Inspector to join our team at Installed Building Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing spray foam insulation for energy efficiency.

**Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test spray foam insulation for energy efficiency
  • Verify that insulation is installed correctly and meets industry standards
  • Analyze data and results from inspections and tests
  • Develop and implement improvement plans to increase energy efficiency
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that energy efficiency goals are met
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain records and reports on inspections and tests

**Required Qualifications:*

  • Experience as an Energy Efficiency Inspector or similar role
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency principles and practices
  • Understanding of safety procedures and best practices in handling chemicals and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., LEED AP) are preferred but not mandatory
