Esthetics Instructor

Join Cape Fear Community College as an Esthetics Instructor and contribute to the development of skilled professionals in the beauty industry.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Esthetics Instructor to teach in our Esthetics program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and participating in the instruction of the Esthetics program, developing supplemental materials and tests, and maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance.

• Plan and deliver high-quality instruction in the Esthetics program, including curriculum development and instructional coordination.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance, and provide regular feedback to students.
• Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for the Esthetics program.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.

• Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Cosmetology license and cosmetology teachers license.
• Two years of industry experience preferred.
• Teaching experience at the post-secondary school level preferred.
