Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventative Maintenance: Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of assets.
  • Staff Management: Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and allocate work to appropriate team members to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Facilities Inspection: Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • Budget Management: Contribute to the development of the overall maintenance budget and ensure compliance at the property, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing costs.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and replenish as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or related role.
  • Must be HVAC and EPA certified.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be flexible and dependable.
  • Must be a team player.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work indoors/outdoors or in extreme weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule.
