Key Responsibilities

Your Role

  • Uphold our mission by ensuring every interaction is meaningful for our clients through proactive assistance and communication.
  • Guide incoming customers to available parking spots for an efficient parking experience.
  • Monitor vehicle counts on-site as required during your shift.
  • Issue violation notices to tenants and visitors who breach parking regulations; patrol designated parking areas as necessary.
  • Assist customers in locating their parked vehicles.
  • Maintain punctuality and adhere to uniform standards for every scheduled shift.
  • Manage traffic flow at entry and exit points as needed.
  • Support the maintenance and repair of parking facilities and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any incidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Notify the garage office of any debris, spills, or hazards.
  • Provide coverage for Valets when authorized.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the garage layout and surrounding major streets to assist customers effectively.
  • Assist the Facility Manager with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Basic math skills to manage currency and comprehend written instructions.
  • Ability to follow directions and adapt to changes while maintaining composure.
