Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives and ensuring the effective management of our financial resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Lead the annual operating and capital budget process, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives
  • Manage Keswick's insurance program, including professional and general liability, workers' compensation, and employee health insurance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and COMAR
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies
Requirements
  • Three to five years of full-scope financial leadership experience in healthcare
  • Master's degree in business required, Certified Public Accounting designation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of internal control and risk assessment, with experience in GAAP and financial reporting
  • Expert knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and ensuring compliance with all provisions
  • Hands-on experience with corporate development initiatives, including analysis and strategy
