Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily maintenance tasks across bottling, processing, and facility management. Provide electrical and PLC programming support as required.
  • Enhance Safety Protocols: Champion the facility's safety initiatives through effective project management and maintenance planning. Ensure all safety concerns are promptly addressed.
  • Optimize Maintenance Training: Facilitate training and execution of maintenance tasks to achieve a minimum of 95% plant uptime through proactive and reactive maintenance strategies.
  • Develop Maintenance Procedures: Create and track detailed preventive maintenance schedules for plant operations, ensuring parts availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster Team Development: Cultivate a collaborative work environment that encourages self-directed teams and positive employee relations.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee vendor-managed inventory to ensure parts availability while maximizing cost savings.
  • Support Career Development: Utilize the Career Development System to identify training needs and growth opportunities for team members.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Solid analytical and technical skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in maintenance operations.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  • Completion of an apprenticeship program or technical school.
  • Experience with beverage processing equipment.
  • Hands-on electrical experience, particularly with Allen Bradley PLCs.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to operate industrial equipment as necessary.
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders and working at heights.
  • Strong attention to detail in a loud work environment.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed.
