Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Rick Erwin's Greer. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

• Greet guests and take beverage orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Learn the names of and personally recognize our regular guests to provide a personalized experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to company standards and recipes.
• Verify the age of guests and identify false identification to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage cash and credit transactions, balance receipts, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Report equipment problems and maintenance issues to management and assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handle difficult situations professionally, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of previous bartending experience preferred.
• ServeSafe training preferred but not required at the time of initial hiring.
• Ability to communicate and understand the English language.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work late nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Punctuality and regular, reliable attendance.
