Aircraft Maintenance Manager

Silver Air Private Jets is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily maintenance requirements of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Manage AOG events from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and return to service.
  • Work closely with internal departments and vendors to ensure efficient maintenance activities.
  • Drive cost control on assigned aircraft, including budgeting and parts inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspection reports and maintenance logs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of maintenance tech and/or maintenance controller experience.
  • Part 135 experience preferred.
  • A&P License required.
  • Maintenance tracking software experience preferred.
