Job Summary: LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, repairing, modifying, overhauling, and troubleshooting commercial aircraft in compliance with policies, manuals, procedures, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, inspect, repair, modify, overhaul, and troubleshoot commercial aircraft
  • Comply with policies, manuals, procedures, and requirements
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations

Requirements:

  • Current A&P license required (6 months of documented experience within the last 2 years)
  • 2+ years of commercial experience
  • Minimum tools as required
  • Willingness to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
  • Willingness to work any shift and overtime as requested
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
