We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our hospital.
About the RoleThe Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital will independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Independently plan and coordinate patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.

- Other REQUIRED RN attributes are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.
- BSN degree preferred.
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
