Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing equipment, and reporting any issues to management
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining inventory levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
