Plant Controller

We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller - Operations Expert to join our Phoenix Management team at J.S. Held LLC in Phoenix. As a key member of our global consulting firm, you will be responsible for providing operational finance support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in plant-level finance roles, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational metrics. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing financial models and forecasts

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k match.
