About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Waynesboro, Georgia. As an Occupational Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with patients and their families, continuing education and tuition reimbursement opportunities, independence and autonomy, and career growth possibilities.

Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist (OT, OTR) in Home Health is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Occupational Therapist helps determine a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include holiday pay, medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, 401k retirement plan, continuing education, and employee assistance programs.

Requirements
