Assembly Job Description

At Elwood Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Assembly professional to join our team. As an Assembly expert, you will be responsible for the assembly of fully customized corrugated, paperboard, and mixed-material displays and retail packaging. Our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package displays and retail packaging using corrugated, paperboard, and mixed-materials.
  • Meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in all assembled products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
