Tub Renovation Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Inside Sale Representative to join our team at Bath Fitter. As a tub renovation specialist, you will be responsible for setting appointments with prospective customers and communicating effectively with them to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $46,000, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming the pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This compensation package also includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and personal time off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their bathroom renovation needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone and email
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Appointment setting or scheduling experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
