The Role of Head BakerAs a Head Baker, you will be responsible for setting the pace for the day, maintaining the flow of the bakery to ensure top customer service and ensuring tasks stay on track. You will work closely with our General Manager to ensure high-quality cookies and a remarkable guest experience. With a Baker-first approach, you will assist with the daily operations of our store and use your innate ability to engage and inspire the team to deliver world-renowned customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the bakery team to deliver high-quality cookies and exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store
- Assist with daily operations, including baking, decorating, and packaging cookies
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Restaurant leadership experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required
- Must have some night/closing availability
- Food and Allergen Certification required (additional training is available)
