About the Job: This position involves assembling and building products such as wheelbarrows, grills, toolboxes, fitness equipment, gazebos, and patio furniture. You will check for missing pieces, follow assembly instructions, and maintain a clean work area. Effective communication with store management and staff is essential, and you must report any issues or defects.

What We Offer: Paid training, unlimited earning potential, production incentives, and minimal supervision. Compensation is paid by the finished piece, with varying pay rates based on difficulty level. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation for at least a 25-mile radius, and a working mobile phone are required.
