Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Drayer Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based treatment to patients, working closely with our physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
- Provide direct patient care, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as prescribed by the physical therapist.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in patient education and training to promote optimal outcomes and patient empowerment.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
