Job SummaryThis is a full-time, day shift position with an 8-hour schedule, 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient acute care settings and be proficient in evaluating and treating patients in their rooms as well as conducting stair or parallel bar training in our Rehabilitation Gym.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in their rooms and in our Rehabilitation Gym
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
The salary for this position is $56.21 - $71.95 per hour. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
