Make a Difference in a Child's Life

At Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc., we are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home/center and/or school settings. You will collect accurate ongoing data on client's programs, communicate effectively with team members and parents/clients, and ensure compliance with all related company policies and procedures.

Requirements for this position include a certificate, bachelor's, or associate's degree in behavioral health or a related field, as well as strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients. You must also be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients when needed, and be able to travel up to 20-25 miles throughout the Orange County, CA area.
