Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled RN Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supervising nursing duties, completing medical forms and reports, and ensuring accurate documentation in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, and evaluations
  • Review documentation in the electronic health record for accuracy and completeness
  • Inform unit nursing staff of new admissions and ensure rooms are ready
  • Consult with residents, families, and providers to plan care and treatment
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy to order and reorder resident medications
  • Participate in an on-call schedule
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state
  • Current CPR license
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Previous long-term care experience desirable
