Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify problem areas and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs.
  3. Develop and implement interventions to address patient issues and promote recovery.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, documenting patient progress and treatment plans.
  5. Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the welfare of the organization.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in addiction recovery and mental health.
Requirements

Education: Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field.

Experience: Two years of work experience in the mental health field.

Licensure/Certification: Licensure and/or certification to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable.

Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency in communication, observation, and written skills. Knowledge of state and federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws, drug-free workplace policies, and workplace violence. Ability to interact with a multidisciplinary team and assist in facets of the recovery program relating to physical health.
