Key Responsibilities:- Utilize menu knowledge to offer personalized recommendations to guests.
- Promote awareness of location features and upcoming events to create a dynamic atmosphere.
- Regularly patrol assigned areas to address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Adhere to responsible serving practices, including reviewing identification and monitoring alcohol consumption, in accordance with Spare Time Entertainment Policy and local regulations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain adherence to all food safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain waste control measures.
- Operate the POS System with confidence, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide timely completion of shift paperwork, ensuring consistency and organization.
- Perform opening and closing duties for each shift.
- Prepare tables for guests by cleaning surfaces, removing debris, and ensuring seats are clean and orderly.
- Maintain equipment and working areas through preventative maintenance programs and adhere to health department codes.
- Keep products and areas organized, restocking as necessary.
- Communicate inventory shortages to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Ensure current certifications required by state and those offered by Spare Time Entertainment remain up-to-date.
