Job Title: CNC ProgrammerJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at D W Mack Co Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience with programming and running CNC Mills & Lathes, as well as designing and manufacturing dies.

Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC Mills & Lathes to produce high-precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain and update software and hardware as needed.
  • Collaborate with production team members to optimize manufacturing process and improve product quality.
  • Inspect and measure finished products and compare them to customer requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Ability to read manufacturing blueprints.
  • Program / set up / run Lathes & Mills (G-code).
  • Familiarity with Fusion 360 and Esprit.
  • Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks, pins, CMM).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Job boss2.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Programming/running EDM a plus.
