Skincare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at PCRK Group in Waldorf, MD. As a licensed Esthetician, you will have the opportunity to work with a steady book of clientele, providing exceptional skincare services and helping clients achieve their skin care goals.

• Provide personalized skincare services, including facials, chemical peels, and waxing
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide the best possible results for clients
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business goals and objectives

• Esthetician License or Cosmetology License
• Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• $20-$29 per hour of service, based on experience and availability, plus incentives, commissions, bonuses, and gratuities
