Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Unit Assistant to join our team at Putnam Care Center - Hurricane, WV. As a Nursing Unit Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide non-direct patient care to achieve positive patient outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Report changes in patients' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
  • Assist with the dining program and ensure patients are ready for scheduled rehabilitation therapy.
  • Manage patient personal belongings and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred.
