About the Role

Tribco Construction Services is a leading provider of reinforced concrete subcontracting services, specializing in complex structural concrete projects. With over three decades of experience, we have established ourselves as a respected leader in the construction industry, delivering high-quality cast-in-place concrete work for various projects, including condominiums, office buildings, hotels, educational facilities, and parking structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support carpenters by performing tasks of lesser skill and complexity.
  • Perform duties of the craft, providing personal hand tools as outlined in the Local Union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Operate hand and motorized equipment, including power tools, saws, drills, hammers, and air-nailers.
  • Construct concrete forms, including foundations, shoring, and decking operations, walls, and columns, as required by the project.
  • Install re-shores properly, following instructions.
  • Read tape measures in feet and inches, perform basic math functions, and work in various weather conditions.
Requirements
  • Must be an alert individual with good balance and physical strength.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds with assistance, if requested.
  • Must be able to frequently walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb.
  • Must be able to speak and understand instructions and directives in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preference given to candidates with a minimum of two years of formwork/concrete construction work experience, meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Certification in crane signaling and rigging is a plus.
