About the Role

Rural King Supply is seeking a skilled Recovery Associate to uphold the store's general look and arrangement. This role is responsible for ensuring the correct return of merchandise to the sales floor, maintaining well-stocked shelves, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and appealing presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Recovery: Complete the daily department recovery process for assigned departments, ensuring that merchandise is accurately returned to the sales floor.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain the departments' cleanliness and organization, including wiping down shelves and sweeping beneath them.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers within a ten-foot radius, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and provide unwavering high-quality customer service to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all featured products and their specific store locations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and processing merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in cross-training for flexibility in various departments and responsibilities, and actively participate in learning initiatives offered by the company.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a welcoming and helpful experience for customers.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations, and lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently.
