Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Casa Del Sol Care Center in Las Cruces, NM. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
