Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

At Enterprise Bank & Trust, we're committed to helping businesses succeed and our communities thrive. As a Litigation Paralegal, you'll play a critical role in supporting our in-house legal department with legal process, case management, and attorney fee tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing process and procedures associated with legal process served upon the Bank, primarily garnishments, levies, and subpoenas.
  • Research bank systems to identify customers and accounts subject to attachment, applying appropriate legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review subpoenas and other third-party requests for information and assist in overseeing the identification and collection of responsive materials.
  • Work with and coordinate the collection of materials from Bank repositories and systems needed for ongoing litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Perform legal research for matters as assigned by the Bank's internal counsel.
Requirements:
  • High-level attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and coordinate matters among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, confidentially, and with decorum due to the high-sensitive nature of certain matters.
  • Experience in banking or other financial services industry.
  • Three to five years' paralegal experience, preferably in the financial services, banking, or similar industry with experience managing and responding to legal process.
