Clinical Instructor

About the Role:

Baker College is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty Member to join our dynamic academic community. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by providing instruction, assistance, and clinical supervision in accordance with curriculum requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction and clinical supervision to students in accordance with curriculum requirements.
• Assist students in achieving skill and performance outcomes as specified by the curriculum.
• Manage student files, reporting, and schedules in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in simulation experiences and other lab activities to enhance student learning.
• Offer individualized instruction and feedback to students to enhance their program and clinical competencies.
• Act as a positive role model and brand ambassador for Baker College on and off campus.
• Establish robust external relationships to bolster Baker College's vision and mission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
