Job Title: Tax and Audit Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Audit Senior to join our dynamic finance team at Jobot. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns, tax planning, and research.
  • Coordinate and lead audit processes, including planning, execution, and reporting of audit results.
  • Develop and implement effective audit strategies to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient accounting processes.
  • Provide expert advice on tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant tax obligations.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Continuously monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary updates in the company's tax strategies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff, contributing to their professional development.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in tax and audit roles, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Profound knowledge of tax laws and regulations, as well as audit methodologies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop junior staff.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax and audit issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality work.
