Aptive Environmental is seeking a dedicated full-time Termite Inspector to deliver exceptional service to our residential pest control clientele.
Compensation starts at $18.25/hr plus commission, with the potential earnings for a Termite Inspector ranging from $7,000 to $12,000 monthly.

- Conduct comprehensive inspections of both interior and exterior property areas.
- Identify conditions favorable for termite infestations and recommend preventative measures.
- Recognize signs of termite activity, such as mud tubes, damaged wood, and droppings.
- Differentiate between active and inactive infestations by assessing signs of recent activity.
- Accurately document and report on colony status.
- Communicate expectations for remedial treatments.
- Provide detailed explanations of inspection findings to customers.
- Illustrate how treatments will effectively resolve specific issues identified during inspections.
- Create a clear and precise diagram of the property indicating the placement of the termite treatment system.
- Ensure the diagram is user-friendly and accurately reflects the planned installation.
- Utilize the diagram to explain the installation process and its benefits to the customer.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in termite inspection preferred.
- Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
- A valid US driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- A clean driving record is essential (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years).
- All new hires will undergo a drug test and background check.
