Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, including oil fryers, and ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues, including cleaning of windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors as needed.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
