About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Treatment Specialist to join our team at Management & Training Corporation. As a Treatment Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing didactic education and support to clients in our DWI, ISF, and SAFPF programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement didactic sessions according to designated curricula, presenting educational and life skill classes to assist clients in basic education.
  • Guide and assist clients in complying with facility rules and regulations, supervising client work functions in accordance with program policies.
  • Monitor client behavior and report incidents, inappropriate or unusual behaviors to the treatment team staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of client services, compiling data and submitting reports as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in psychology, sociology, counseling, social work, or education preferred.
  • Related experience is a plus; valid driver's license in Texas with an acceptable driving record required.
