We are seeking a highly experienced Product Engineer to lead the development of advanced surgical robotics solutions. As a key member of our Released Product Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of consistent clinical quality for the Hugo platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategic product roadmaps and software version architecture to drive innovation and growth.
  2. Lead critical sustainability efforts by aligning with complex hardware subsystems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering, to plan technical details and meet timelines.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of engineering experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
  2. Prior experience with medical device engineering, particularly in software development and integration.
  3. Strong understanding of SW product development life cycle/process and Agile methodologies.
  4. Ability to manage multiple hardware and software configurations and ensure testing meets Quality and Regulatory needs.
